Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
All class payments are non-refundable. Because each class is kept small and materials are prepared individually for every student, a reserved seat is held just for you — which means it can't be released or refunded once booked.
Reschedules are welcome when life happens, and are handled entirely by email. To request a reschedule, email hannah@hemandgatherstudio.com at least [48 hours / 1 week] before your class. We'll do our best to move you into another available class of the same type, subject to space. Reschedule requests made less than [48 hours / your chosen window] before class, or no-shows, cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Each class may be rescheduled one time only. After a class has been rescheduled once, the new date is final and cannot be changed again or refunded.
For the multi-week Beginner to Confident Course: if you miss a single class, you're welcome to join that same lesson in another running session when a seat is open — just email to arrange it, subject to the one-time reschedule limit per lesson.
All reschedule requests must be made by email. We're unable to process changes by text, social media, or in person.
